This Privacy Policy explains how Agon Technologies Inc ("StageZro", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website or request early access to our services.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you request early access, namely:

• Identity data — your first name and last name.
• Contact data — your email address.
• Profile data — whether you identify as an event organizer or a fan and, if you are an organizer, the name of your organization.
• Marketing preferences — your agreement to receive emails from us about early access and launch updates.
• Campaign data — how you reached this website, as described in section 9.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through our hosting provider's standard server logs and visit statistics, and, if you accept analytics cookies, through Google Analytics (see section 9).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about early access to StageZro and notify you when your invitation is available.
• Understand whether our audience is made up of organizers or fans, so we can prioritise what we build.
• Operate, maintain and secure this website.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent, given when you submit the early access form or accept analytics cookies; our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website; and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, including Vercel, which hosts this website and provides our visit statistics; Neon, which stores the information you submit; Resend, which delivers our team's email notifications about new early access requests; and Google, which provides Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. International transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention

We keep your information while you are on our early access list or have an account with us, so that we can send you early access and launch updates about StageZro.

We review the information we hold periodically and delete what we no longer need for these purposes. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you these emails.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing david@agontechnologies.com. We will delete it unless we are required by law to keep it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your personal information.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

9. Cookies and tracking

Campaign tracking. If you arrive through a link that carries campaign parameters — such as UTM tags, or the click identifiers added by Google (gclid) and Meta (fbclid) — we record those values, together with the website that referred you and the page you first landed on. They are kept in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, and are sent to us with your early access request. We use them to understand which channels bring people to StageZro.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It sets cookies (such as _ga) that store a random identifier, and it sends Google information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser. How it starts depends on where you are:

• EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google Analytics only loads after you accept it in the cookie banner.
• Everywhere else, including the United States: it loads when you visit. You can opt out at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link below the early access form or the button below.

If we cannot tell where you are, we ask first. To decide which applies, we look up your approximate country from your IP address when the page loads; we use it only for this and do not keep it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load Google Analytics unless you allow it. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage. Visit statistics. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It does not set cookies or store an identifier on your device, and it reports only aggregated statistics, so it runs without the cookie banner.

We do not use advertising tools, and apart from the Google Analytics cookies above, this website does not set cookies.

Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address.

10. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to you where required by law.
